1.You must be a new customer
to DISH Network.
2.Purchase
a Digital Home Advantage up
to 4.
receivers, free Standard
Professional Installation .
3.You
will receive your 49.99 first month bill.
4. You'll need to provide a valid major
credit card, social security number and agree to commit to 12
consecutive months of the Digital Home Advantage. Participation in
Digital Home Plan is subject to credit approval.
5.Your
name and address associated with the credit card must match the
name and address on the DISH Network account.
6.Select
the Digital Home Advantage of
your choice, the number of receivers you would like and any
additional programming choices (local broadcast channels,
premiums, sports packages, etc.).
7.You will have to agree to keep
the qualified programming for 12 months. If you downgrade from the
qualified programming or deactivate your programming before the 12
months you will then be required to return all equipment back to
DISH Network within 30 days after downgrade or deactivation in
good operating condition. If the equipment is not returned in good
operating condition within the 30 days, you will be charged by
DISH Network for the damaged or missing equipment.
